perhaps best known for her roles in
The Princess Diaries,
The Devil Wears Prada,
Brokeback Mountain, and
the upcoming Batman film, The
Dark Knight Rises. Anne Hathaway was born in Brooklyn,
New York. Her father was a lawyer,
while her mother was an actress who
inspired Anne to pursue acting. While
her best-known pictures to date include
Brokeback Mountain, Princess Diaries,
and The Devil Wears Prada, Anne
Hathaway will forever be connected to
the pop culture phenomenon of the
Batman movie franchise for her role as
the Catwoman. While several
